Disappointing Experience, Avoid Last-Minute Surprises

We faced a last-minute cancellation just before our stay. The stress of finding new accommodations was overwhelming. I recommend confirming your stay well in advance to avoid similar situations.

We found the rooms to be cozy and the amenities like the pool and fitness center were quite inviting after a long day. I loved how relaxing the lounge area was, perfect for unwinding. The only downside was a minor issue with some noise from nearby rooms, but it didn’t take away from our overall enjoyment! 😊

Not what we expected

We had a pretty rough experience. Booked a room for 3 nights, but they called us while we were driving to say they were overbooked. We were on the road for 10 hours and suddenly had no place to stay, like seriously? The picnic area was nice if we could've used it. Just really disappointed with the whole situation.

It was just a strong match for a stopover in Spartanburg with good price value. The room was spacious enough to accommodate my needs for a quick nap. Make sure to check for cleanliness before settling in.
